ABOUT US We bought our first timeshare in 1996 at Christmas Mountain Village in Wisconsin Dells. We have never regreted a second of that purchase. We paid full price at a silly presentation, but for us it worked out. Since then we have added a week here and there in the secondary market. Like most satisfied owners we can't get enough of them. It got to the point where we had way more then we could use. Since many people don't like to own timeshares, but love the accomodations they offer - renting our surplus seems to be a great idea and works. We rent our own weeks and sell our own weeks. This is not a burn and churn outfit and you will know that from the first time you contact us. We always offer our all our weeks for sale, and they are all choice weeks. The only exceptions to that is our Christmas Mountain Village weeks and our Grand Geneva RCI points. We live within driving distance of those resorts and don't want to part with the Golf and Skiing discounts we get. If you have any questions about Timeshare email us.
